Will is very thorough and explains everything very well. He was very nice and answered all my questions. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and was on time for the appointment. He didn't rush through the inspection. I will use them again if I need an inspection and recommend them to anyone that is looking for an inspection.

Although we did not purchase the home we had a great experience with Will. These are the areas that were a highlight: He answered the phone quickly. His website was easy to navigate. Will was prompt for the appointment. He identified large and small items to address. He explained issues simply and clearly. I felt he was very thorough. He further explained any specific questions I had. His written report was clear and specific to use as a guide for professionals coming to make repairs.

We’ve worked with other home inspectors in the past and I have to say, none were as thorough or meticulous as Will. He was able to answer all of our questions and offered a lot of insight to the home we are purchasing. We received our very detailed report in less than 24 hours after the inspection. Will came in at the recommendation of our Realtor and I couldn't be happier. He was very thorough and professional. Even had a drone to check out slate roof since you can't walk on it. When he was done he went through all the issues so that I understood what the report was saying. Report was available that night/next day. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Will Crawford has completed two home inspections for me in the last year and a half. He is very thorough and detailed in his report. He makes sure to include good descriptions and explanations of each issue as well as picture/videos when needed. His prices were able to beat most companies I checked, but the quality of his work is still on point.
